I am a Business English coach with over ten years of experience helping professionals in customer service and sales communicate more confidently in their roles. I’ve supported teams from companies such as Tesco, Heineken, PJICO, VinFast, FunTap, and Techcombank Vietnam.

Earlier in my career, I worked in customer service and sales in the UK, where I saw firsthand how essential clear communication is for customer satisfaction, business growth, and professional credibility. I also witnessed how challenging it can be for non-native speakers to express themselves effectively in English.

These experiences led me to establish P&M Skills Training, a coaching company focused on practical, goal-driven communication for professionals.
